Uri Djemal and I believe the album will be completed (as in mixed and mastered) by mid June. My plan is to release it to MattCode.com while the songs are distributed to iTunes and other online outlets. The artwork and CD will be pressed as soon as the mastered version is complete.
The Album:
"An Alarming Rise" is the first album of three that has conceptual elements with a story written around it.It contains a number of messages of the changing world.However, this is not like the third album (currently being written) that will tell a story from the first chord to the last. An Alarming Rise is an album that merely describes what is to come.Each song will soon have an explanation behind it and the order of these songs will show as extremely important, because they tell the pattern of emotion that will lead us up to the third and final album in this trilogy.
This is the first news release since Fog of War has been made public. I am pleased with the single version of the song, but I look forward to releasing the album version soon. The album has been met with many delays. My health was very poor from the end of December to the middle of February. However, once I felt better I have been knocking out the vocals on the remaining songs at a rapid pace. There will not be an exact date of the release, but I promise that the release is getting closer.
In the mean time a new version of the website has been opened up to the public. This site is highly interactive. Each of the members can create a profile page and communicate with one another by messaging. The site also has a bulletin board, gallery and a chat that will be accessible only by having a free member profile. Once the ball gets rolling on this album there will be member benefits, such as giveaways.
